My six-year journey inside a global fintech company

A journey of growth, learning, and constant challenges. It was where I developed as a product designer, working across products that move money for merchants in 100+ countries.

My main focus was the personal account, which served as the transactional heart of the platform, as well as a family of internal tools supporting the teams behind it.

Merchant account

A platform that serves as the hub for managing a client’s financial operations. It provides detailed transaction analytics, subscription handling, dispute management, payment links, and more.

This was the product I focused on the most, contributing to its growth over the years.

The first major steps was creating a new version of the product to replace the old platform. Later, my work expanded into new features, core flow improvements, design system evolution, and product updates shaped by feedback and metrics.

The product evolved through close teamwork, and many small decisions made together. That collaboration helped turn complex requirements into a clearer, more usable experience.

Internal tools

Beyond the main product, I also worked on internal tools for operations, support, risk, and finance teams. These tools helped improve the work behind the scenes, making complex processes clearer, reducing manual effort, and giving teams better visibility into everyday financial operations.
